Lightning McQueen Cake
My son loves the movie CARS so, I decided to try to make him a Lightning McQueen cake out of an old NASCAR cake pan. It is a 3d cake, it's not flat. It was not easy to make, in fact it took me 3 tries to get it right. I had to use Wilton's spray on red color because the red food color makes the icing taste terrible!
