Lemon Raspberry Wedding Cake With Chocolate Seashells

The cake that my sister had at her wedding was by far the best wedding cake I've ever had. The cake was lemon with a raspberry filling and a thick lemon buttercreme frosting. It was decorated with all sorts of white chocolate shells, as the wedding took place on the beach in Boston. The cake cost $200 and fed about 24 people. (Of course, the bride and groom saved the top to eat on their first anniversary!)
