Lemon Cake Recipe

Lemon Cake Recipe:
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 box milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
Egg, blend in the lemon peel, lemon juice, butter and milk. Combine the sugar, flour and salt.
Add to egg milk mixture beating until mixture is smooth.
Fold into the beaten egg whites. Spoon all into crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
