Lake Cake

I saw a picture of a cake similar to this in a magazine. My daughter was four when I made it. I didn't need any special pans. If you want to do the decoration around the outside you have to make it at least two layers. I frosted the cake blue around the outside and added goldfish crackers and piped seaweed up the sides. On top I dug out a hole for the lake and put in blue jello. The sand is crushed vanilla waffers. I piped little swimsuits on the teddy bear grams.
