I Actually Baked This Wedding Cake Myself

A girl at church was getting married and money was in short supply. I offered to furnish the cake not realizing the price of wedding cakes had gone up quite a bit in 25 years.

I knew I could do a "fair" job, so off to the craft store I went in search of supplies. A few days later with a little homework on fondant icing and a few silk flowers, "voila" a cake was born.

This was one time in my life I did pat myself on the back.
