Homemade Barbie Cake

My daughter turned 5 last November and wanted a Barbie Cake in the worst way. I decided to suprise her with a homemade Barbie cake just like the ones I used to see in the store (with the doll in the middle of the cake and the cake was actually a skirt of a dress).

I used about 3 boxes of cake mix and several different sizes of round cake pans. I stacked the different sizes of round cakes until they were high enough on the doll to be a full skirt of the dress. Then I cut a hole in the middle of the stack that was big enough for the Barbie to stand in. I used cherry frosting to decorate the skirt and whipped cream to make a top to the dress.
