Half Sheet Wedding Cake

Since the wedding was a small gathering at a local winery we decided to serve a light brunch. Along with meat, cheese, and cracker platters we had decided on this half-sheet cake.

We ordered it from the same deli service as the rest of our food. Other than matching our wedding colors, they took charge of the decorations.

The cake itself was chocolate. The icing was a delicious and smooth cream cheese icing with sugar crystals.

We were very pleased with it. It was simple to transport and looked lovely on our table.
