French Vanilla Rouchet Wedding Cake

Our wedding cake was french vanilla rouchet flavored, with strawberry white ganache flavored icing. Our cake came with our package catering at a cost of 195.00, but it was the most heavenly cake I've ever tasted.

The cake served 100 guests, with extra left over. I am usually not a fan of frilly cakes, but once I sampled the icing, I said that I didn't care what it looked like! The cake also transported easily up STAIRS at the catering facility and had revolving tiers. Very pretty effect!
