Four Layer Wedding Cake

This beautiful cake was at my niece's wedding on December 12, 2008. This elegant four layer work of art was outdone only by the Bride herself.

Now, being a cook I know things can look wonderful on the outside and not add up when it comes time to deliver, but this was not the case. This masterpiece was as moist and flavorful a cake as I have ever tasted, and all the over 300 guests attested to this as well. What a wonderful day it was. What a wonderful cake this was!
