This cake was made for a special 16 year old. I wanted to make something pretty for the occasion. This cake was inspired by a picture in a cake decorating book and some Wilton cake decorating tools.
The cake itself is from a mix, baked in 2 round pans. To make the frosting come out really white I used shortening instead of butter.
