First Fondant Cake

My fiancee and I are both dessert lovers. Well after watching alot of cake challenges on the Food Network we decided to try our hand at making a cake decorated with fondant. Being familiar with some of the major mishaps we have seen happen to very good chefs, we knew that working with fondant would be a challenge.

Sure enough the fondant was difficult to work with, but the end result was something that we were both very proud of and looked forward to doing again. We have since made four more fondant decorated cakes.
