Fantasy Castle Cake
My daughter is our little princess and we felt only fitting to make her a castle cake for her birthday. I used a basic cake recipe and a 9 x 13 in pan. I then frosted it and added coconut which is her favorite. She loved the cake and was thrilled to show it off to her friends.
