Eyeball Cake For Halloween

This is a picture of a mini eyeball cake for Halloween. It is made from a doughnut hole that was dipped in white chocolate. After that was allowed to dry the red icing was pipped on with a small tip to look like a bloodshot eye. Then a chocolate morsel was added with the top pressed into the eye.

It was made by a friend who prepared about 20 of them for a party right before Halloween. They tasted real good. I ought to know because I ate five or six of them myself!
