Elegant Wedding Cake

I didn't really care about the details of my wedding cake. My pastor's wife offered to make our cake for free so we let her decide what she wanted to do. With all the expenses that come with a wedding, it's nice to know people who are willing to help you out in whatever ways they can.

Our cake fed about 100 people, and we kept the top for our one year anniversary (Although I must admit it was pretty stale, even though we had frozen it. So you might want some tips on how you can keep it fresh).
