Easy Chocolate Snack Cake

This is a family favorite. Quick and easy cake.

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water
whipped cream if desired

preheat oven 350
grease 8" baking pan then lightly flour
in med. bowl mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. in small bowl stir oil, vinegar and vanilla until well mixed. vigorously stir oil mixture and water into flour mixture until well blended. immediately pour into pan. bake 30-35 min or until toothpick comes out clean. cool 15 min. if desired serve with whipped cream.
