Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake Recipe:
1c. chopped pecans
1c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2c. margarine, softened
3c. powdered sugar
1/2c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle pecans and coconut on 9 x 13 pan. Prepare cake mix. Spoon into pan. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in cream cheese. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, and beat until creamy. Spoon over batter. Do not stir. Sprinkle chocolate chips over all. Bake 45 minutes.
