Double Layer Chocolate Cake
My son's 14th birthday was in August. His friends had bought him tickets to see a concert has a birthday gift in March. Naturally, I took the event as the perfect opportunity to surprise him with a cake! While he was at the concert, I baked the cake and brought it over to surprise him once he returned.
I used a 9-inch round pan. I made a double layer chocolate cake with a coffee cream icing.
He loved the cake and he loved the surprise!
