Dinosaur Cake

This is my first 3D cake. I made it for my grandson's 3rd birthday. I made two 9-inch round cakes and one 6-inch round cake. I cut one 9-inch in half and stood the halves on their sides together for the body. Then I carved the rest out of the other 2 cakes. The spikes are fondant, the eyes are red M&Ms and the nails are chocolate chips. The icing is all buttercreme.
