Daisy Wedding Cake

My husband and I chose this style of wedding cake mainly for the number of guests it could serve. We liked the smooth look of the fondant, however it's not the greatest tasting stuff (luckily you can easily eat around it). The gum paste daisies added the perfect touch to match my large daisy bouquet.

We had it made by a cake company called Sweet Memories, who worked with our caterers, Delectables in Palm Harbor, Florida. The cake served 80-100 (we had 75 guests), cost us $200, and was almond chocolate cake with raspberry filling. It was delicious!
