Cupcake Cake

I wanted to create a one of a kind birthday cake that was fun to make for my sons first birthday. I purchased a special cupcake-cake pan which was very easy and very fun to use.

I used store bought cake mix and the followed the directions. Putting the cake together and decorating it was the most fun! In the center of the cupcake-cake you fill with your favorite filling then you put the cake together and have a blast decorating. The possibilities are endless and the kids (and adults) LOVED it!
