Cubs Cake

The Chicago Cubs were my inspiration for this pineapple scented sprinkle vanilla cake. The frosting is made using cream cheese, powedered sugar, marshmallow cream, and whipped topping. The mixture while be a good consistency to drizzle over the cake. Use any color of food coloring, to personalize your cake. Use the rainbow cake mix, but replace the water with pineapple juice. I have to tell you, it's just that simple. A very easy, moist delicious cake.
