Creme de Menthe Cake Recipe:


So moist, delicious, and pretty, this easy bundt pan favorite has been often requested for office parties and family gatherings over the years.

Combine: 1 pkg. INSTANT pistachio pudding mix
2 yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup creme de menthe liqueur
4 eggs

Reserve 1/4 of the batter. Pour the rest into a well greased and floured bundt pan.

Mix the reserved cake batter with 1 SMALL can Hershey's chocolate syrup. Pour over top of green cake batter.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate. Cool completely before pouring chocolate syrup over cake in pretty drizzles.
