Crazy Cake

This recipe was recieved from a family and is a lot of fun to make. I usually double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.


Crazy Cake:

1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 t. baking soda
3 T. Cocoa powder
½ t. salt
6 T. oil
2 T. vinegar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt in 8x8 ungreased pan. Make 3 holes in this. Put oil in one, vinegar in another, and vanilla in third. Pour water over all and blend with fork. Bake for 40 minutes. Tastes best day after baked.
