Cracked Up Cake
The butterfly and colors were inspired by a helium birthday balloon. I baked the cake in a 9x13 pan, then turned the cake upside down on the foil-covered cardboard. Because the bottom was not flat, the cake split in the middle. It still tasted great, though!
