Corsicana Fruitcake

Finally, a fruitcake that is edible! Especially for a person who has always hated the stuff. This fruitcake came from the Collin Street Bakery in Corsicana, Texas.

It was very tasty. I actually went back for seconds the day the cake was opened. It came in a tin and was very fresh. It had pecans covering the top and the fruit was good. They apparently didn't use citron, or whatever that vile-tasting green stuff is called.

If you ever want to try fruitcake or give it as a gift to someone (and not be ridiculed for doing so), then this is the place for you to get it.
