Cookie Cake

I have seen similar cookie cakes shaped like this and decided to make it for my daughter's birthday. Christine was turning 6!

It is actually very simple. You roll out cookie dough into a glass baking dish 9" x 13" and bake as directions state for the cookies. Allow to cool for 20 minutes and decorate with colorful icing as preferred!
