Construction Site Cake
My son is really into trucks. For his 2nd birthday I made him a cake with a bunch of different construction trucks at a work site. He loved it! I used chocolate graham cracker crumbs for the road, honey graham cracker crumbs for the dirt, and green sugar and sprinkles for patches of grass, and gel icing for the water. The "rocks" and such were caramels, Raisinettes (sp?), and Milk Duds. I found a small construction set with the trucks, road signs, men, ect, which I used to set the scene. Although, it was my handy husband that made the bridge.
