Cinnamon Roll Cake
I have a friend who requested a Cinnamon Roll cake for her 50th birthday! I didn't have to think about it long, and came up with one that was fast fun and easy.
Two loaves of frozen bread dough brought to room temp
1/2 cup butter {1 stick]
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
1 can of vanilla icing
combine the two loaves and roll out flat
spread butter, brown sugar & cinnamon onto the dough surface
Roll into a log and make 1 inch slices
Place into a well greased spring form pan cut side down and crowd the pan
cover and let raise for 45 min or until rolls are double in size
Bake @ 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
while still warm, ice the roll cake with the vanilla frosting.
