Christmas Birthday Cake

This was a box mix chocolate cake with store bought vanilla icing and made for an adult male whose birthday falls on Christmas. We thought it'd be kind of funny to make a joke out of the cake decorations.

As you can see from the picture, it appears that one of Santa's reindeers paid the cake a visit before we gave it to the birthday boy. We used some of the vanilla icing and added yellow food coloring for the pee which was piped from a plastic sandwich bag and dark chocolate miniature M&M's for the reindeer droppings. It tasted better than it looked and was good for a little laugh.
