Choo Choo Train Cake

This cake was made for my son's second birthday. He really loved trains and Thomas the Train at the time.

I used a variety of bread pans to make the cakes, then cut them to size to shape the train engine and cars. Details were made using other foods such as an ice cream cone for the smoke stack, cotton candy for smoke, pretzel rods for logs, licorice for rope, oreos for wheels and more.

My son loved the cake and so did our guests.
