Chocolate Raspberry Cake

The cake was for a friend's 17th birthday. She said that she didn't know what kind of cake she wanted but that it had to be chocolate. The cake is a super moist chocolate cake with raspberry syrup brushed between the layers.

The frosting is a chocolate buttercream. Then I made little white chocolate curls on wax paper and set them around the base of the cake. On the top I drizzled some milk chocolate and put more white chocolate curls and some fresh raspberries around the edge.
