Chocolate Majesty Cake

We bought our cake from Leslie Hewson a specialist baker in Martha's Vinyard. The cake cost about $600 dollars and served as the main dessert for about thirty guests.

The cake we chose was her signature chocolate majesty cake which had two layers of chocolate cake, and one layer of mousse (dark, milk, white), topped with whipped cream and ganache poured on for a striking effect

Picking a cake can be stressful and not to mention pricey, but remember cost and stress level vary depending on whether it’s the main dessert or a pretty formality.
