Chocolate Chocolate Sheet Cake

I always make a sheet cake for my kid's birthdays. They always want sprinkles and lots of frosting!

This cake was super easy. It's a Duncan Hines devil's food cake with chocolate fudge frosting. I actually add a package of instant chocolate pudding to the cake mix. It makes the cake more like a pound cake which is more dense.

It works beautifully so that it doesn't fall apart when kids are eating it. They can pick up an entire piece without it falling apart. It's always a hit. This cake was for my son, Evan's 9th birthday.
