Cherry Eminem Cake

I made the cake for my brother's birthday. I was inspired to make the cake because my brother loves cherries and M&Ms. My brother was 18 years old. Actualy it was 2 days before his 18th birthday. I used a deep round pan. I de-pitted about a handful of cherries and chopped them up in the blender. and sorted all the M&Ms by color. I then mixed the cherries with the cake batter and baked the cake. When it was done I cooled it. After cooling, I frosted it with vanilla frosting and then covered the cake in rows of M&ms, with one color in each row. Unfortunately, I dont have a picture of the cherry M&M cake. |
