Cheesecake With Raspberry Sauce For My Child

My daughter wanted a cheesecake for her birthday. She is 22 this year. She said she did not want a bakery cake this year.

I use a recipe from Alton Brown's Good Eats program and she absolutely loves it. She wanted raspberry sauce but no fruit.

I baked her cheesecake and she loved it!
