Castle Wedding Cake

I was having a Cinderella Themed Wedding and I knew that I wanted a Castle, but I did not want it to look like a child's castle cake.

I hired a woman named Pam Collins to make it for me. It was 4 tiers high and had two grooms cakes on the sides. It was made to serve about 150 people, but it probably could have served about 200. It was huge! It cost me about $185 (and that's delivery and set-up included.)

This cake was better than I could have even imagined before it was made! The glass castle cake topper was so beautiful and the carriages on both of the grooms cakes set it over the top for me. I loved it and so did everyone at the reception. I was very proud of my cake maker!
