Castle Birthday Cake

I bought this cake pan because it was beautiful and made in America. This was my daughter's 3rd birthday. I used a box mix and baked according to the bundt pan directions. Then I made it snow when we were ready to serve by using powdered sugar and my daughter loved it. Fast and easy.

My daughter helped me with the whole process and when the castle cake came out of the mold she was amazed and felt like she really accomplished something great.
