Butterfly Cake

This cake was made for my sister. She likes butterflies and chocolate, so I thought I could put the two things together in this amazing cake. Wings are made of rawsberry cream, the body is instead chocolate with smashed biscuits ("chocolate salami" that is).

Editor's note: Tommaso did a nice job taking a round cake and cutting it in half to make the butterfly's wings. You can also make a great cake by using a butterfly cake pan.
