Bunny Birthday Cake

My daughter loves rabbits, so I made her a bunny cake for her birthday when she turned 3. I did not use any special pans, just two 8-inch round layer pans. One layer had to be cut into 2 ears and a bow tie, then the cake was assembled, frosted, and covered in colored coconut shreds.
