Bubbles Cake

This cake was for my daughter's first birthday. We had a bubble party for her. I looked everywhere for a cake with bubbles. The only cake I could find included characters or looked terrible. I was on my own and I am not very skilled in icing cakes. I thought of using candy and scanned the candy row for anything bubble like. I used white truffles and pink malt balls. The top was cake baked in a pirex bowl. I shaved the top of the bowl where it had bubbled and put in on the top to completely round the bowl.
