Bratz Doll Cake

Bratz Doll Cake

Bratz Doll Cake

I made a Bratz Doll Cake for my niece's 4th birthday. You don't need the Wilton dress mold. Just bake the cake in pans or bowls of different sizes, or trim the cakes to make the layers flow.

I use 4 layers for these cakes, but you could probably make do with 3. Butter cream frosting works really well. I've used many different kind of cakes.

Remove the Bratz's feet and wrap her body waist down in plastic wrap. You don't need to cut out a hole in the cake or anything...just stick her right in. Make a top for her out of frosting.

I've made 3 of these Bratz cakes now, I highly recommend making up-dos for their hair. That way the hair won't get in the cake, and they also look a little classier. On this one I used a crown from a another doll. But on others I just went to a hobby store and looked for things that could be used. The wedding section is a great area for this.

Transportation can be difficult. Even with just the cake and no doll, the ones I made were still too tall for the cake carriers. So keep that in mind when making them.
