Blueberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 1 eight-once package of cream cream cheese (room temperature)
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 (15 oz) can of drained blueberries

Preparation:

This is so easy!  Just combine cake mix, oil, cream cheese, and the eggs in a large bowl and mix them well. Then add the vanilla and the blueberries and stir the entire mixture again.  Pour the batter into a tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until you can see that it is done.

For a great dessert just add a big ole scoop of vanilla ice cream!
