Blackberry Wine Cake Recipe:


1 box white cake mix with pudding
1 cup blackberry wine
1 small box blackberry or raspberry Jello mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Glaze with a mixture of 2 to 4 TSB Blackberry Wine and 1 Cup powdered sugar.
