Black And White Wedding Cake

This cake came from Cakes By Kim near Wilmington, DE. My wife and I had a Black & White theme, so this design (chosen from a book of pictures) seemed perfect. Cakes By Kim provides a gift certificate for an anniversary cake, so you don't have to freeze the top layer for a year. This entire cake was eaten by 120 people.

The bottom layer is chocolate cake with chocolate filling; the middle layer is white cake with cannoli filling; the top layer is chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. These were all personal preferences based on the cake-tasting.
