Birthday Gift Cake

I was browsing the wilton's website for cake ideas, and saw this beautiful gift cake. I wanted to try it out. I used a regular 8 in round pan and baked two chocolate cakes. The filling is a mixture of oreo cookies and whipping cream. I made the cake decoration using fondant. The fondant does take a lot of time, but definitely worth the effort.
