Birthday Cake With Wheat Pancake Mix

I wanted to bake his 5th Birthday cake myself as a show of my love for him. I did not use a special pan, however I wanted to make it sort of healthy so I used some unusual ingredients: Wheat pancake mix and sugar for the cake batter and cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar for the frosting. I used the above ingredients and then decorated the top with some of my son's toys to make it festive.
