Pineapple Upside Down Cake
This is a picture of a pineapple upside-down cake that I made. Besides the boxed mix all you have to add is 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, 2/3 cup water, and 1 egg.
It took 40 minutes to bake in an oven that was preheated to 350 degrees. Immediately after taking it out of the oven I flipped it over onto a regular dinner plate and then added some cherries (cut in half) for decoration.
Nice little cake and very easy to make.
