Betty Boops 40th Birthday Cake

My parents are both big Betty Boop fans, so for my dad's 40th birthday my mom and I made him a special birthday cake. The toughest part was getting Betty to stay. When he saw the cake he busted out laughing at the fact that we went through all the trouble to make him a cake to begin with.
