Better Than You Know What Cake

1 box german chocolate cake mix
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Carmel topping
1 can condensed milk
1 bag Heath bites (crushed Heath bars work as well)
1 container of Kool Whip

Cook cake as normal. When cake has cooled, poke many holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour entire jar of Mrs. Richardson's and entire can of condensed milk all over the cake, letting the cake absorb these ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread Kool Whip over cake, and sprinkle Heath bites all over cake. Refrigerate and serve.
