Best Birthday Cake

My 13 year old daughter is notoriously picky about her food... even sweets. Making a cake for her is nearly impossible, because she doesn't like chocolate cake, anything overly sweet, or icing.

I made an angel food cake for her using a mix from a box and covered it with homemade whipped cream that I had tinted purple... her favorite color.

I used store-bought decorating gel to decorate it with her name. Overall, it was a huge success!!!
